Friday Night (first night):Opening Night
Since the decision was last minute, I decided to keep it light. Attendance was promising with approximately 60 people rocking up by the close of the party. If members came before 11:50pm, they were given free entry. People who came late were forced to give a small entry free, with discounted fares to members of the IAS (Ivan Appreciation Society). We had music, not that much food and disco lights, so the night wasn't too wild. The dress code was simply smart casual. Thankfully there were not hassles and everyone enjoyed their night. People knew there was more to come and reserved thier juices for the later parties. Overall a solid night at Dorm 7.

Saturday Night: Mascara Night
Word quickly spread that a party was at dorm 7. This exclusive party was developing a solid reputation and more were speculating whether a party really existed. Nevertheless I didn't let the speculation get to me and planned Mascara night straight away. Since we forecasted a 30% increase in attendance, we didn't hesitate to outsource. We requested that the chefs cook some Hai Nan chicken for the party and it was kindly delivered to us at 12:10am. Unfortunately it was a little too early so the food got a little cold by the time people wanted to eat. Nevertheless the food was on point and everyone enjoyed it. We also hired a smoke machine as well as a live opening act. Although chikky did suffer symptoms of stage fright, he managed to solve the rubix cube under 5 minutes to the crowds delight. Overall attendance was 90. Revenue was lower due to people taking advantage of the early bird rates.

Final Night:
Due to unforeseen circumstance the organiser of the party was involved in a severe accident which caused a fracture in his toe. People were getting so worked up about the party but was disappointed to hear that the party would not be held. Dorm 7 apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
