this little st in the middle of shanghai ( 5 min walk from central ) is where i grew up

its one of few st thats not demolished

i hope the government keep this street, its AWESOME!

after a few years its actually cleaner and has more trees and not crowded

I grew up here with my dad, grandma, uncles, cousins, u get the idea

the MAO house here is the where MAO family meet up every week

its the only house on the street

my grand dad owned a mechanic in the 1970s, hence everyone on the street knew

us.

i walked on this street everyday ... until sep 1995

in 1997 our house got burnt by a huge fire...

they rebuilt it but its not the same
