As you can see from the graph, my peak period is generally around the lunch period however, I get very hungry during this period and then it goes all downhill from there. I usually get distracted by the copious amounts of food I eat and afterwards long for a powernap. After that, it is all over. After dinner I attempt to do some work but usually ( actually always) fail. Sigh, I will regret this when my exams come.
By adding a trend line, you can see that the coefficient of X is actually negative (-7.6) meaning the trend of productivity is heading downwards. Therefore if I follow trends, the outlook is very bleek for me. Let's hope I can break this vicious cycle and add some productivity in my study life.
